We started Fluxon because too many people have the same story: a tradesperson who didn't turn up, a bill that doubled halfway through, or a firm that sold them the biggest boiler going. We do the opposite. We quote a fixed price, we turn up, and we tell you the truth about what your home needs, even when the honest answer earns us less.

Why did you start Fluxon?

Too many people have the same story: a tradesperson who didn't turn up, a bill that doubled, a firm that sold them the biggest boiler going. We built Fluxon to do the opposite.

Do you fit both gas boilers and heat pumps?

Yes, on purpose. Most firms pick a side. We service the gas boiler you have now and fit the heat pump that replaces it later, so the advice in between is straight.

Will you push me toward the most expensive option?

No. We tell you the truth about what your home needs, even when the honest answer earns us less.

Are your engineers qualified?

Yes. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered and qualified for gas, LPG and heating. We're also Checkatrade approved with a 5-star rating.

How do you price the work?

Fixed price, agreed before we start. The number doesn't move, and there are no call-out fees.

Where are you based and which areas do you cover?

We're at Westmead House in Farnborough. We cover Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Oxfordshire, and reach into Sussex, Kent, Essex and London for larger jobs. Not sure you're in range? Call and ask.
